Starting on north pod

Last day January, temps today in high 20's with low tonight of 7 deg. Masons topping of lower level in south pod, excavation started on north pod. Suppose to pour footings this weekend.

After a very rainy weekend, Monday brought about frigid temps and the excavation of footers on south building pad. The crew also started on north retaining wall.

Warmer temps this week allowing the crew to pour concrete and start the building pad.
