New 4 story multi-family student housing project coming to Btown in August 2013. This new building will have 20 units altogether with a mix of 1 BR and 2BR units. Unique in it's design, this building will have a very 'uptown' vibe with it's chic curb appeal and custom interior design.

Starting on north pod
Last day January, temps today in high 20's with low tonight of 7 deg. Masons topping of lower level in south pod, excavation started on north pod. Suppose to pour footings this weekend.
